What is needed to get these certificates?

Do you have to have a certain mark in any class, such as Math, and are their any certain classes you have to take in High School?
 
Take the courses/read the books and take the tests.

You could be a primary school drop-out for all they care.
 
I've taken and passed the CCNA. Cisco doesn't care how much, if any education you've had. If you can take the test and pass it, you're certified.
