I run EtreCheck periodically to see if anything is odd - but I have not done it for quite a long time. I ran it tonight, and the only thing I saw that was odd, is a system extension that has no containing app! Here is what it is - is this a concern, and can I or should I get rid of it? Thanks!

I am pretty sure I did not, but maybe some other utility did. I guess there is no way to get rid of it since there appears to be no containing app? Is there anything I can search for?

It's there - radio silence app. I don't see it in Applications or Utilities. Is there a next step I can do? Thanks for your help!

% systemextensionsctl list

1 extension(s)

--- com.apple.system_extension.network_extension

enabled active teamID bundleID (version) name [state]

* * 6JQLCT6DRB com.radiosilenceapp.client.NetworkExtension (1.1/1.1) NetworkExtension [activated enabled]

Perfect, thank you so much @bogdanw, I disabled SIP - ran it - enabled SIP, and it's gone! Thank you for your help on this.
