What is on your external hard drive, and how do you organize it?

Mine consists of all of my GarageBand projects, Apple Loops, and Video Data (including captured footage, Final Cut media, and project files).

I also keep a full backup of my documents, photos and music in case of a disaster or emergency.

Everything is sorted neatly into folders: Backup, Garage Band, Media, Video Projects, Captured Footage.

    What about you?

Complete iTunes library and all documents. The documents are well organized in folders on my laptop, so I simply copy them over to the external.

EDIT: I guess I should clarify that these are all backups.

This is what I'm planning for my 500gb external drive that should be here any day now.

    Partition 1 (200GB): Internal drive backup/Time Machine
Partition 2 (200GB): Random extra file storage, non-essential files
Partition 3 (~60GB): Ubuntu Linux drive (probably further partitioned with logical partitions)
