What is possibly e issue with this Imac...

Guys, "this Imac starts up, but cant boot" thats what the owner tells me. Any of you guys have come across such an issue in Imacs....

Is this an OS issue or screen issue .... I know its difficult to say what it is when u dnt have e real thing with u....

Would appreciate any clues!

Bad graphics card. (Maybe bad screen but most likely bad graphics card.) Would require entire logic board replacement. Not worth it. Don't get it.
