What is "sh" and should I give it permission?

Hi,
Just installed Openshot video editor which seems free and excellent but got this pop up window "sh would like to control your computer using accessibility features". Can anyone explain what "sh" is and whether I should give it permission?

It's /bin/sh, I'm not sure why it needs this permission, but it should be working without it.

My guess is that OpenShot does some of its work by creating a separate process using the 'shell' (what you normally only see in Terminal app) and that process requires the permission. I believe that much of OpenShot is written in Python and I am further guessing that this code is run in the separate process using the shell. Most likely, fine to grant the permission.
