According to Disk Utility I'm using about 240 GB of my hard drive, but my Time Machine backup is only just under 90 GB and the only two folders that I've chosen to not be included weighs in at just over 30 GB. That means I've got 120 GB unaccounted for that not even Time Machine thinks is important enough to back up, but I have no idea where these files are hiding... I've tried Clean My Mac, but it doesn't find more than roughly 500 MB that can be cleaned.

I've verified the disk, I've checked it's permissions, I've rebooted... Anyone got any idea of what's happening?
