What's the best DSLR for Travel photography?

The camera, and lens, are secondary concerns to the light and composition in photography.
I've seen plenty of fantastic images made on supposed "low spec" cameras, and I've seen top-end cameras used to create images that are technically poor and uninspiring.
(For what it's worth - my "Travel" kit for the last few years consists of a Canon 30D, an EF-S 17-55 and an EF 70-200 f4L - that, and a 430EX Flash, is all I've ever needed!)
