try Aquari it is free on the App Store. Haven't used it much, but seems to have all the bells and whistles.

I mainly want faster rendering but not like opera mini. I don't like that compressed image method that they use.

Safari (Webkit) is the only rendering engine on the iPhone, so there is no choice for faster rendering. (Opera Mini uses server side rendering.)
