Recently bought the last one (1TB Blue) and haven't had any problems with it so far. I ended up going for it just because it has more space than anything else out there right now. It's probably safe to assume both of the other drives would be a bit quicker though.

There is a fallacy about hard drives. Don't bog down too much on the specs as they are all made from the same chinese parts using the same chinese labor. They are merely branded differently. Go with the reputation of that brand and their ability to back it up via warranty. That being said...

1.) I have never used 5200 RPM drives. Not sure why the deviation from the standard 5400's.

2.) Also, do the new MBP13's accommodate a 9.5mm drive any better than the older models? Is it still a tight fit?

Do you mean 12.5mm drives? If so, it fits. No special mods required.

    A SSD :p

Caviar Black is my fav, but they tend to 'talk' a little more than the Blue from my experience.

I'd go for the 1TB Blue if I were you... (Would be on my shopping list if I weren't saving up for an SSD)
