I like having a smaller phone for portability and my uses are pretty basic. I am open to a no bezel screen that is bigger, as long as the device itself is similar size to the 1st gen SE.

Or

Sony Xperia XZ2 (if you can find one since it's from 2018, and it's not that much different in size than the 2020 iPhone SE)

If you don't mind tall phone, then check out the Sony Xperia 5 (2019). Width wise, it's still similar to the 2020 iPhone SE.

I think you'll struggle to find anything similar in size, even the smallest of recent android phones are going to put at least 15mm of height on the 1st gen SE - plus they'll be wider.
pixel 3a, or 4a
They're not even close to the size the OP has asked about. The Pixel 3a is 151.3 x 70.1 x 8.2 mm and the 1st gen iPhone SE is 123.8 x 58.6 x 7.6 mm.
