macOS what is the cocoa, carbon and xcode?

i want to code the program on mac

but i don't know what exactly the cocoa, carbon and xcode are.

anyone here can explain these things? 😕

you are best off looking at http://developer.apple.com/ first and then getting some books on xcode if you are still intrested
