I purchased it in March 2008, the specs are in my sig. Should I buy 2 adaptors to connect to my TV? One for HDMI and then the other one, that looks like the old computer monitor connector? I don't know the name, DVI? Please help! THANKS!!!

Btw, you have a mini DVI output, the Mini DisplayPort was introduced in 10/2008.

What you want is the Apple MiniDVI to DVI adapter, and then a DVI to HDMI cable. This will carry your video to the TV. For sound, you'll be stuck with the MacBook speakers unless you have some externals (DVI doesn't carry audio).
