I purchased it in March 2008, the specs are in my sig. Should I buy 2 adaptors to connect to my TV? One for HDMI and then the other one, that looks like the old computer monitor connector? I don't know the name, DVI? Please help! THANKS!!!

What you want is the Apple MiniDVI to DVI adapter, and then a DVI to HDMI cable. This will carry your video to the TV. For sound, you'll be stuck with the MacBook speakers unless you have some externals (DVI doesn't carry audio).

Or, get a third party adapter like this: http://www.monoprice.com/products/p...=10419&cs_id=1041912&p_id=4852&seq=1&format=2 that will go straight from mini-DVI to HDMI. and follow with an HDMI cable of the appropriate length.
