My current user account is jacked but things work fine in a new account. The main issue is all the software that I have registered on my main account. Is there a way to transfer it over easily without having to re-register each program?

Applications are installed/accessible system-wide unless you specifically tell them to install only for one user. Have you opened /Applications while logged into the other account and checked whether the applications are there and if they can be opened?

Software registered? How'd you do that?

If your programs are in the root level Applications Folder, any account can use them. What you want to transfer over is your Home/Documents folder, and Music, Pictures ... if you have any.
