Just typing, there's almost never any rush so why worry about not being fast

i started swiping this year and love it. its just annoying you cant backspace one or two letters, its either all or nothing.

Simple thumb typing, even on my Android phones. Sometimes swiping when one handed, but mostly thumb typing. I'm not used to voice assistants, plus the fact that English is not my first language... :D I use voice assistants mostly to set up timer and alarm.

Like some others here, I use dictation for Texts and Emails most of the time on my phone. Unless it's a very short message. I've found dictation works best for me when speaking in a voice that sounds robotic. Clear and deliberate word pronunciation with slight pauses between the words.

Even though speaking like that is slower than people normally talk, it's still much faster than my clumsy thumbs trying to type everything out. I see people doing texts with their thumbs really fast, I'ver never been able to do it like that. If I could go that fast I'd probably just use my thumbs too. I have no doubt speaking in a slower robotic voice around people would turn a couple heads. So in that environment I usually revert back to the thumbs. :)

I'm a mix of typing and swiping. Rarely do I use Siri -- though the lone exception is when my iPhone is connected to my car via CarPlay and my wife texts me, I'll ask Siri to read the message and reply if necessary.

I use Siri on my phone or watch maybe twice a week. I do use it in my car with CarPlay a bit when driving.

Fastest communication for me is generally swiping as I’m doing now. Just have to make sure I proof read everything thoroughly.
