Why does Apple think that Australian pre-orderers would be happy to receive their phones a week after release?

I know it's not gonna say PC, but I'm curious if it's gonna say "Mac" or if it's gonna say "I was made on a Mac" or if it will say "This will answer your question" (then pulls up www.apple.com/why-mac/)
Not gonna get an iPhone 4S because my contract does not expire until November, so I think I will wait for the next iPhone for a full upgrade iPhone, but I hope Siri makes its way to my iPad 2 and my Mac so I can play with it.
I do plan on going to the Apple Store sometime tomorrow and waiting in the much smaller "just looking" line to play with Siri for a little bit.

Depends on when it arrives. If it's early morning, which would be rather nice, I'll ask Siri to set the alarm and wake me up after my nap. If it's later, I'll probably do something practical like set up things like "Home" "Mom" "Dad" "Sister" and other aliases.
