My laptop has been with the Apple since last Monday (so 7 days now) and the only status that I see is that it's still in repair. I called and there's no info from the reps other than what I see online.

The last 2 times it was sent in for repair, it was back in my hands in about 4 days total (including the day of drop off). What I'm experiencing now is a different level of service (in a bad way).

I have joint venture which has the perk of giving you front of the line for repairs. Longest I have waited is 3 days with an out of stock part being the delay. Shortest wait has been 1 hour on an in stock part.

Longest in while I was in the USA, 22 days ( 2011 rMBP ) went in July of 2014 for its second repair of 4
Longest in Canada - nMP, 74 days , and 35 days for 2015 rMBP
Longest in Europe - Germany to be specific, Xserve unit in 2010 went in for 118 days, the UK, 17" MBP in for 50ish days.

average tends to be 2-14 day range here in Canada

I once had a repair quoted to 3 weeks, and I was expecting that but thankfully it was done sooner the estimate.

1 repair so far. 3 days (or like 2,5 I guess) at Apple store Australia.

6 months give or take 17”Mbp lack of logic boards. They gave up and swapped it for 15” bto

Just sent my 2016 MBP 15" in last month for top case/keyboard replacement. Took about 10 days.

My 2016 MacBook Pro 13 touchbar 16 days for replacement top case + 28 days for swapping Macbook (even without the). A shame. Nueva Condomina, Spain.
