What is the max. load a 2012 Mini can take?

How heavy an object can I place on a Mac Mini 2012 before it becomes an issue? The top of the case is possible a heat sink but the item I'm gonna place on top is plastic. Has anybody placed anything heavy on a Mini for an extended period? What weight was it?

The top of the case is a heat sink. Don't put anything on it.
