Native apps and 3rd party complications the biggies after release. On the beta I am using Siri to start workouts which is nice but pretty minor. Sending texts is also easier one handed which is huge. Semi-custom watch faces are a nice option. Most changes in OS2 are just refinements to the new OS. We won't see anything too major until OS3
 
I also think native apps will be a big boost for the watch. However, I'm still surprised Apple did not release the AW with watch OS2 off the bat. I know we can't get everything day 1, but for the first time I think Apple rushed the OS1 a bit (I never thought I would say this one day).

Health tracking device that gives you no info on how it works and no "specific" capabilities depending on the workout? (i.e. does rowing use arm movement for tracking? running does not trace your map when you're outside (even with your phone?). Being more informative I hope will be part of OS2...!
