Blood oxygen on your Apple Watch? Is it a series 8 or earlier?

My US model Apple Watch Series 6 gold stainless steel still has it

It is a series 8. I just purchased it, refurbished, because my series 6 battery life was starting to wane.

I went with a series 8 to retain the blood oxygen monitoring, which is a feature I like having.

Only removed in the US due to patent issues. My UK Ultra 2 measures my blood oxygen just fine.

My Series 9 has blood oxygen too, as do all Series 9 and Ultra 2 watches sold in the US prior to 1/18/24. And in the case of third-party US resellers like Best Buy and Costco, they were selling existing stock of blood oxygen capable S9 and U2 watches (imported prior to 1/18/24) even after that date.
