What is the official iOS 6 for 4S build number?

For instance, my keyboard shortcuts don't work.

EDIT: I just restarted my phone and they started working. Weird.

I have been using the GM build of iOS 6 since last week and my keyboard shortcuts stopped working on my iPhone 4. The shortcuts work with no issues on my iPad 2, however.
