what is the screen size of the 13" MBP??

Is reading the specs page too difficult? It's 13.3". The border is on top of that.

The actual display is 13.3" diagonally, the black bezel adds to the size, nut subtracts.

Or what do you mean exactly?

Width x height?

Just measured and it is in 13.3 inches - the bezel around it makes it the whole thing closer to 15.
