As above, what is the exact stock cable included with Apple TV 4K 64GB (2nd gen)? I am asking because I purchased two "open box" Apple TV 4K. One came with a Lightning to USB-A cable. The other came with a Lightning to USB-C cable. Is this an unintentional mix-up by the seller? Or are there different SKUs with different cables? Also, what is the length of included cable? 1m or 2m?

Could it be that one is intended for sale in the US and the other in the EU? Didn’t the EU pass a law requiring standardized cables for consumer telecommunications? In any event, do the USB ends fit in their respective connectors on the AppleTV and corresponding remotes? If so, you’ve got the right cables.
probably not, having a lighting connector automatically makes it not a "standardized cable"
of the current versions, only the aTV-HD has a USB-C port, And I'm pretty sure you can't charge anything using it. It's designed to let you connect the aTV to a computer. The aTV-4k has no USB ports.
Since the OP has 2 4Ks, there is no "respective connector on the appleTV"

Since they're open box, whoever returned them probably grabbed the wrong cable when packing it back up.
The remote will charge with either cable, And the USB-C will charge your iPhone/iPad much faster. As long as everything else is in order, It's probably more hassle than it's worth to try and have it replaced.
I think the cables that came with my appleTVs went straight to my pile of extra lighting cables. already have a lighting at the couch for phone top-ups, and I just grab that one to charge the remote when it starts to get hungry.
