The slider height stays the same. It wouldn't work if you moved it down or up then none of your buttons would line up. That is a welllock & bottombarknob from a theme.

I really have no idea what theme that is from but here are the images you'll need:

From com.apple.springboard: you'll need the CameraGrabber@2x~iphone.png.

And from com.apple.TelephonyUI: bottombarknobgray@2x.png, bottombarknobgreen@2x.png, bottombarknobred@2x.png, PhoneGrabber@2x~iphone.png, VideoGrabber@2x~iphone.png & a WellLock@2x~iphone.png.

If you have any previous themes you have and are using Winterboard just create a new theme with a "Custom name" and inside create a folder called Bundles and inside of Bundles create your 2 files named com.apple.springboard,com.apple.TelephonyUi. That way you aren't messing with the themes original files. Put on top of Winterboard and apple and repsring

If you aren't using Winterboard like me I can also tell you where they go but that would be another few minutes of me time lol. Let me know.

I have numerous different Slider/lockscreens and apply often but cannot share because they are part of a payed theme... Hope this somewhat helps😛
