Strange circle icon near battery icon

Does anyone never see an icon like this? I saw it to days ago and I don't mind when it appeared, if after a new sw or what else.
    Thx

It's an icon of a phone, crying. It's crying because it just found out it's not getting all the new features of OS 4.

I was confused about what this icon was too, so I figured it out and wrote a blog post with screenshots to help other people who had the same question. Hope this helps: http://fatwalr.us/2009/09/tty-iphone-icon/
