If you click on the "i" symbol. That will take you to the executable (or plist). The location (folder) or the content will give you a hint as to what it is.

There is probably a launchd item that uses open to launch something. Check in

/Library/LaunchAgents
/Library/LaunchDaemons

and in

/Users/yourusername/Library/LaunchAgents
