What is this little green (cat?) icon when I search in Safari?

See attached images. It appears as I'm typing a website in, and usually disappears by the time I hit enter. Using Safari on Mojave 10.14.3. My concern is that it's an unwanted plug-in/extension.

Thanks so much. That's fascinating - never heard of it. Don't have anything of theirs downloaded... Can't find any files with that name.
