I was looking around and cleaning the logic board when I did an upgrade and found this connector (circled in red). It isn't labeled.

Can anyone tell me what it is for?

It's an extended debug port or "XDP" for short.. All current Intel reference designs and CRB's have an XDP for use by internal Intel design and validation teams. You image is of the standard XDP connector: Samtec 60-pin BSH-030-01 series connector.

Look up the IEEE 1149.1-2001 standard for more info.
