What is this? Quick question

What is that phone icon next to the battery percentage? Not sure how it got there and what is it for? How do i remove it?

It shows that the iPhone is set to work with a TTY machine.
It's meant for deaf or hard of hearing people and you can turn it off in Settings > Phone.
