It may be, ...may...be, Lockinfo or a widget activated within Lockinfo. The weather icon reminds me of Lockinfo, and the font appears to 'carry' through the bottom portion of the home screen, which makes me believe that it all belongs to Lockinfo....

Yea I think I am with AtlasWept

I have seen those weather icons in a LockInfo theme the other day. I installed the theme, but of course winterboard doesnt work exactly correctly on the iPhone 4

On second thought it might be something like Katra's Weather with the icons changed.

I cant get my LockInfo weather to display on my homescreen that low.

OP where did you find the screenshot of the widget?..... If it was on a forum have you thought about contacting the posted of said screenshot and oh I dunno asking them where they got the widget?
