😕 Ok this just pop up on my phone. What is it, where did it come from, and can I get rid of it if I want. Look at the picture.😕

It is an accessibility feature, you can turn it off in Settings - General - Accessibility.

Thank you. But how did it get turned on all by itself.
The phone was just sitting there. 😕
