Sorry, I didn't mean to doubt.

Did you try the hard reset?

You might want to start a support chat with Apple and send them the picture.

Merely responding to a vague question and a photo…
If you would have been more specific like eg just got AW model xyz and try to pair it to my iPhone model abc running iOS version 99 then you would not leave room for speculation.
But, here we are, 2 days later and either your problem is solved or not? Who knows? You certainly aren’t providing any data of sorts

Agree with the previous posts, we need more information. I couldn't find any other examples of users seeing that screen, and I consider my Google-fu skills to be pretty good...even did a reverse image search.

My interpretation of that image is that the watch is no longer connecting to an iPhone anymore or isn't paired. Did this just randomly start showing one day, or are you trying to pair the watch to an iPhone? Does it show all the time, or only when you do something specific? Do you have Bluetooth enabled on your phone? What watchOS and iOS versions are you using? (WatchOS versions require at least a specific iOS version...meaning that you can't use newer watchOS versions with older iOS versions. For example, can't use watchOS 9 with iOS 15, or watchOS 8 with iOS 14, and so on.) Did you recently get a new phone or wipe your existing one, but didn't re-pair the watch? This is just all speculation/ideas on my part.

Best bet is to reset the watch and set it up again, as Crowbot mentioned.

Maybe provide some details. Which watch is it? Which OS? Which phone? Which OS? What were you doing immediately prior to the screen?

This is the DFU screen for AW. Notice how they show a modern phone, not the old iPhone5 style phone. If you can provide some details about what you have and what you were doing people might be able to help. Or call Apple.

Agree with all the not connected guesses, but leaning toward some Watch app is having issues connecting with the phone. What app it is, who knows? Like @iStorm, was unable to reverse image search that image.

The graphics are a bit amateurish, not as refined as one would expect from Apple. Watch sketch is especially odd (pronounced power button, odd case dimensions).

Your post is very vague lol...

- does nothing happen when you tap the crown? is it stuck on that screen?

- Have you tried rebooting the watch? (hold down crown and side button at the same time until it power cycles)

- Is this your watch with your icloud account that you had been using? or did you buy it from someone by any chance?

- Is bluetooth on in your phone and do you see the watch in your list of bluetooth devices?

@tightredcorset: I was myself quite astonished, because the watch shows something strange, so do not misunderstand the questions:

- time is running, looks just like the power-save mode
- the "icon" of the phone does not look like something, Apple would show as an iPhone these days, it looks like an iPhone 8
