I got this on one of my AIM contacts in iChat, and TBH I dont remember them being on my contacts before... But what is that icon?

Your guess is as good as mine, but it looks like some radio/waves icon to me, meaning it might indicate he is online with a mobile device.. now which device could that be 🙄

Maybe, but wouldnt iChat need a update for that? I havent seen one of them recently.

I get this on Adium.

Means the contact is on a wireless device.
