What is WebSheet in location services?

Anyone know what this is or why it is showing up?

I think it has to do with public wi-fi networks that have a "pop-up" login page or something similar. You can probably turn it off or delete it.. would not be surprised it comes back when you try to connect to the public wi-fi network again.
