I see tabs for work and environment but what are they for?

The music files in iTunes. It’s one of the tabs in iTunes. Along with genre. Time. Artist name. Etc. I just don’t know what it’s for.

Work would refer to the author of a composition of music. i.e. Mstislav Rostropovich would be the artist, the work is by JS Bach. Just a fancy way of saying author, near as I can figure.
As far as environment, I have no clue. It's not available as a View Option in my iTunes 12.9.5.5, Mojave.
