What is wrong with Apple Leather cases?

Since now i got a 13 mini iphone , with an Apple Leather case, the case again STILL pops out slightly whenever i pull it out from my pocket. All the Apple Leather cases i had for many previous models (12 mini,13 pro) and now with my 13 mini, its the same issue...Except when i had the 10s, as i remember, it held up well for that model. Can anyone recommend me a better case? Preferably not a clear case. But anything that is not so bulky would be great.

Does anyone know that the Apple Silicone cases have these issues? Are these any better than the leather ones?

Yeah the leather ones aren’t good anymore. Areas such as near the buttons are loose and make noise when pushing or gripping that spot. The silicone ones don’t do this so you should be good.

As far as other companies maybe Nomad since they use a plastic inside surrounded by leather.

On the flip side, my Apple leather case is my favorite of the 10-ish I’ve bought this year. No loose buttons or noise from the area either.

If you bought it from Apple I’d take it back.

I personally have no problems either with my Apple leather case. Yes, it shows patina and creases after just a few months but it's made of leather so it's not a problem for me.

I was actually kneeling and crawling under desks to do some cable work and this was the first time I noticed this.

But after walking, no issues at the moment.

I guess it only comes loose especially when kneeling or crawling under desks.

I just got an Apple leather case for my new 13 Mini and it doesn't pop out. It's actually almost too snug, kind of hard to remove the phone and I worry it might wear down the edges of the leather on the case. It's possible Apple made some improvements to the cases.

This happened with my 13 mini silicone case all the time. I returned it for a different Apple silicone case and it doesn't happen with this one.

I have 2 midnight and 1 golden brown for my 13PM. Very tight fit on all 3 can barely remove phone from case. NP here.
