Since last week after the Verizon outage my iPhone 6 keeps rebooting by itself, and it takes a long time to come back on, what is wrong, and what to do?

    Thanks

Have you tried resetting network settings? You will have to re enter your wifi passwords after the reset.

A Verizon outage will not cause your phone to keep rebooting.
Try restoring it and if it keeps it up bring it to Apple.

I did a complete erase, restored from iTunes, still the same. So I traded it in on a Blackberry Classic.

That was such a great trade.
I would have given you a cassette tape of new kids on the block:D

Blackberry classic? Um. That was rather a drastic choice but everyone has choices.

And you didn't even contact apple care or went to the store and see if they can get it replaced?

I agree with this. The best benefit of owning an iPhone is the ability to stop into an Apple Store (if you live within a reasonable distance) and usually walk out with a resolution in the same day. If not they provide excellent over the phone support.

Good luck to the OP with your blackberry classic.

My Ford Mustang did not start this morning. Tried for an hour...gave up and traded it for a Prius.
