What is wrong with my iTunes? Keeps messing up my songs!

Whats up with my iTunes? It keeps messing up my songs so when i play them after like 2 seconds it plays a diff song fast forwarded and then goes back to the original songs. Other songs are just messed like the disk was scratched but they sound fine on my pc. They stutter and stuff....

no, they are messed up in quicktime also.

the same songs play fine off the external hard drive that i imported them from....

So drag another song across from the external. Is it messed in QuickTime too? 🙂

i formatted the drive last night so everything is gone but its on a diff pc still. not all the songs are messed up, just specific ones...

that's really weird...haven't heard of that one...unfortunately I can't help you 🙁

Well can you re-rip them? There's a chance some of the tracks got corrupted in the transfer, depending on how it was done.

I just imported from the external hdd in iTunes. Ill try again later.
