The MR forum members are not "paid" to be experts here, this is a community share site so we offer what we know. Don't knock resetting the NVRAM or Repair Permissions, both have corrected issues that I have had on my Mac, those tools wouldn't be on the Mac OS if they were completely worthless.
You want "expert" help pull out your credit card and take your Mac to the Apple store or a certified tech.
That's kind of harsh. I was merely implying that everyone is so quick to suggest that option when they likely have no idea what it actually does. Like chill out, I didn't insult Apple or anyone else.

The Mighty Mouse is a worthless piece of crap. I've tried cleaning it multiple times but the scroll wheel still won't work. It's hard to see how Apple knowingly peddles worthless mice.
