There's light leakage under screen, how does this happen and will apple do anything?
Do you use it at that angle?
I don't but now that I know it's there my OCD kicks in
I've heard of that problem before. I don't think it's normal - mine does not have that at all.
I would make a backup and make a Genius bar appointment and get it replaced (I assume it's still under warranty?).
Yea it's still under warranty, I didn't notice it until today and now it just bothers me knowing its there. Will they just replace the screen on the iPad?
Why don't you take it to the Apple store and ask them?
Had the same problem with an iPad 2. Genius bar just swapped it for another unit.
Apple store will definitely swapit put if you are unhappy. I had the same issue with 2 previous new iPads
Apple store is waiting for your iPad exchange
.why are you waiting so long?
i thought we wouldn't see these threads at least until the next new release...
to quote apple..."you're holding it wrong"
My advice - if your screen is otherwise perfect, don't swap it with another iPad. Just enjoy using it!
I have the exact same thing on my iPad, but I never use it at that angle so I never bothered to retun it.
