I use Simple and Numerial Duo among others, including X-Large and Typograph but admittedly only on weekend nights when say, I’m going out to dinner with friends.

Although i feel there are more aesthetically pleasing watch faces, my most used Watch face at any given time is INFOGRAPH MODULAR:

It just provides so good info that’s great to see at a glance and that’s it. It’s what the true purpose of this small screen watch is all about.

I’ll post a screenshot here of it. The Find My is great to see where my kids are after school and timer is cool too although I’m realizing I use Siri more often than actually tapping it. IMessage is a given and need that since we all get messages all the time but the best of the best is the weather, since where I live I never know if I’m gonna need a winter coat or board shorts in the coming hours.

I like the nice looking simple watch faces but the Infograph Modular just really makes the watch a vital tool for me.

I rarely switch from Infograph. I enjoy having all relevant weather at a glance, so complications in the corners are UVI, Temperature, AQI & Activity. Heart rate top center, Conditions in the right & left center, and Timers in bottom center.

Not sure if it's my favorite, but the one I use the most is the Siri Face, with Calendar if the upper right & weather in the upper left.

Infograph with the following complications:

Outer:
Timers
Carrot Weather
Sunrise/Sunset
Sound meter

Inner:
Calendar
Stocard
Buy Me a Pie (shopping list)
Pulse oximeter

It’s not pretty and I’m sure I’m in the minority but I’ve grown to love the Siri face. I prefer function over form and it gives me most of the information I need right there on the face or with a quick scroll of the crown...

Weather, Activity Rings, if I watch content on my AppleTVs or play music, the Now Playing card pops up, upcoming favorite team game time and score that works it’s way to the top as game time nears. If I start a GPS route, the card pops up at the top and shows next turn. Calendar events and reminders. Way too much to list.

Come to think of it, I don’t even need a complication. The Siri Face has it all covered but I do have the Voice Memo complication in case I need to take a quick note of something. Would be nice if Apple implemented an iMessage card that pops up if you get a text message.

I used to be all about the Infograph faces but with those, I’d have to have multiple faces. The Siri is an all in one.

For the record, I have an S7 Hermès and never use the Hermès faces lol.

Carrot in the middle, so I can see what the next 10 hours look like, plus Fahrenheit so I can more easily discuss the weather with family back home. Digital seconds in the lower right (finally, Apple!) because it can peek out from under my sleeve when I'm at the station trying to catch a train - I know exactly how many seconds I have until the doors close. Calzones in the bottom center slot so I know what time it is back home, at a glance. Heart rate (Heart Analyzer app) in the lower left because it's useful, Activity in the top left because that's where it is on every watch face.

Just do?

You got it.

Yeah Infograph modular is where it’s at
While its a solid face its kind of uninspired to me. All of my go to faces include analog faces. But I come from being a fan of watches and the beauty and history of watches.

My top are :

Simple
Solar Dial
Chronograph Pro
Meridian

No perfect face has been found yet.
Modular face with more complications is what I want.
Apple designers are not making it to piss me off.

Currently, my favorite watch face is Black Unity Lights (in conjunction with the Black Unity Solo Loop):

I also like the rectangular version without any complications, but for most of the day, I use the watch face as depicted above. The date complication gives me access to my calendar und upcoming events. I need quick access to Messages. Since I am a very active person, the Activity app is really important to me. And current weather conditions are also important. That is why I chose this setup.
My Dock comes with the apps Training, Timer, ECG, Blood Oxygen, Heart Rate and Reminders in that order for additional quick access.

Other watch faces, I regularly use:

I hate to ask here but I also have the HeartWatch app and AutoSleep but admit I use HeartWatch sparingly cause I’m not sure how to read all the numbers. If you can point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it. Their website seems confusing and have tried better luck watching random YouTube videos of people using no the app.

This is also my favorite watch face. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone else use it. I’ve tried re-creating it with Infograph modular or other watch faces but just end up going back to the Siri watch face.

I do wish Apple and third party developers would provide better support for it. It feels like a bit of dead end right now.

GMT ... cause it reminds my of my Rolex GMT Master II, just more accurate.

Of course, one big difference: Rolex's designers were intelligent enough to put tick marks for minutes/seconds around the dial. Apple's designers, instead, put in twice as many tick marks in an effort to clutter the watch watch with useless and basically meaningless marks. ?

Infograph for me, closely followed by the Modular version.

Don’t tease me about my activity rings, I’m recovering from knee surgery ??

This one. It gives me exactly all the functionality and info that I want. I can see my activity info, low/high/current temps, and current weather condition. I can tap the weather to see more detail. I can tap to start a timer for doing laundry or whatever (I use this all the time), and can tap to make a phone call (which I never really use, but figure it could come in handy some day if I ever need to quickly make a call from my watch like in an emergency).

Your post prompted me to check…

I’m seeing a pretty decent sized list of third party apps under Siri Face data sources. Some would be very useful but I don’t believe I’ve actually ever seen a third party app show up in the cards…

I just noticed the Home app also listed under stock apps and that never made an appearance for me either. I have a lot of HomeKit devices.

Even Facebook is in there and there hasn’t been a Facebook app for the Watch in a long time.
