You're right, there is a pretty large list there, I hadn't checked in a long time. I wonder what most of these are even supposed to do.Your post prompted me to check…
I’m seeing a pretty decent sized list of third party apps under Siri Face data sources. Some would be very useful but I don’t believe I’ve actually ever seen a third party app show up in the cards…
I just noticed the Home app also listed under stock apps and that never made an appearance for me either. I have a lot of HomeKit devices.
Even Facebook is in there and there hasn’t been a Facebook app for the Watch in a long time.
I've only see Streaks show up consistently. I think I've seen OmniFocus show up once. I've heard from developers that they have little control over when they show up. This issue, of apps not showing up, is a pretty consistent complaint from people. I've pretty much given up on third party apps showing up, unfortunately. It'll be nice if more items show up in the Siri watchface, currently it's just Apple apps, that also only a handful. I've ticked many more in the clock face>Siri Face Data sources.
Is there anyway to get the other apps show?
Oddly, I just did a factory restore on my phone for other reasons and now the Siri Face Data Source list has every app on my iPhone. Before it was a little more than handful.I've only see Streaks show up consistently. I think I've seen OmniFocus show up once. Where are you seeing the list of Siri Face data sources? I have an AW7 running watchOS 8.4.2. There's nothing under the Siri watch face (which I am using) except two complications. I poked around in the Watch app and can't find anything there, either.Oddly, I just did a factory restore on my phone for other reasons and now the Siri Face Data Source list has every app on my iPhone. Took me a while to find it too.Where are you seeing the list of Siri Face data sources? I have an AW7 running watchOS 8.4.2. There's nothing under the Siri watch face (which I am using) except two complications. I poked around in the Watch app and can't find anything there, either.
Thank you! That could not have been in a more obscure spot!Took me a while to find it too.
It’s under clock all the way at the bottom.
Agreed lolThank you! That could not have been in a more obscure spot!
Do you use OmniFocus 2 or 3?I've only see Streaks show up consistently. I think I've seen OmniFocus show up once. I've heard from developers that they have little control over when they show up. How in the heck did you get this? Lol.
Do you use OmniFocus 2 or 3?
I have OF2 and love it on my iPhone and iPad and Mac but it’s terribly useless on the watch. Can’t view any lists unless it’s currently open on my iPhone.
Are you on OF 2 or OF3?Yeah, I use OmniFocus and don’t think I’ve ever seen it show up in the Siri watch face. I do use its watch app a lot to get items into my inbox - I personally find that super useful.
Sorry for the rookie question....what's the complication on bottom left?
Are you on OF 2 or OF3?
I’ll include a screenshot of how OmniFocus 2 looks like on my watch.
Seeing my inbox items on my watch is great but wish I could view contexts while I’m out and about.
Blood oxygen.Sorry for the rookie question....what's the complication on bottom left?
Just tried it. Thank you. It’s an extra tap and a little cumbersome compared to being able to tap on any context from my watch without taking out my phone but it’ll do. Thank you.Yeah I’m on OF3.
If you select a tag/context or perspective on your iPhone, it will show up in the “What’s this” area of the OF app on the watch. You might have to scroll up or down with the crown to see it. From there you can tap into that tag/perspective and see the list. It’s handy if you have an @errands context with a bunch of stuff you want to do while you’re out, for example.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything in the “show selected view from Siri” area.
