Don't know if this has been posted yet, maybe to a varying degree in sub-posts, if so please forgive my duplication.

I am getting an average over a 12 hr. period of approximately 2.5%/hr., of course this is dependent on Apps used and activities performed. I receive e-mails/notifications and use a few other apps. I need to test the bike app, but cannot test other exercise apps due to an athletic injury suffered years ago.

What is your Battery Lost %/Hr.? Inquiring minds what to know.

Peace and blessings,

Azeke

I like this thread. It would be nice to get some data to compare.

I have had my watch on since 0655 EDT today. As of 0955 EDT, it is at 94%. So, it has dropped about 2% per hours so far. I will report back later after a few more hours.

Im using abut 4% an hour.

Today... 12% per hour... I'm down below 40% (down to 28% only half way through the day) for the first time I have had an apple watch (got it launch day on the East Coast, USA).

I just got mine 2 days ago. Im also running Watch OS2 and iOS 9.1 beta 5 on my iPhone 6.

Right now I'm running at about 3% an hour. I did a 30 minute workout this morning. It can range from 0.5% an hour to 10% an hour. Really depends on what I am doing

As of 1555 EDT, I am at 75%. I started at 0655 EDT, so that is 25% in 9 hours or 2.8% per hour so far.

Taking off watch as of 2106 EDT at 54%. Took it off charger at 0655. That is about 3.2% per hour for the entire day.

I took it off charger at 6am and now it's almost to 12pm (6 hours) and I'm at 84%. That's about 2.7% per hour.

I've been monitoring this % since I got my watch several months ago. I average about 2.7% per hour. More importantly, just when you think you're the most anal person in the world, along comes a thread like this to assure you that you're not alone.

I've been checking this out over the last few days, and generally I put the Watch on at 7am. By 10pm and I am putting it on the charger, some 15 hours later, it's sitting north of 50%, roughly 52-56%, although on occassion it can go down as far as 45%. I generally do the same things each day. No real exercise apart from attempting to complete the rings. So I must be sitting around 3.2% per hour on average.

At this moment in time, on wrist at 7am and it's 11.30am (4.5 hours later), its at 89% and checking the Watch App on my iPhone it says my usage is at 36 mins.

No sir, you are not alone...

Took it off the charger this morning around 6:45AM PST. It's currently 10:15AM and I'm at 91%. Usually I would be at 94% even with many notifications coming in. However, today, I've only received 1 text and 3 emails.

The battery being weird happens usually, but it eventually fixes itself the next day.

4.5% per hour for today so far but I've not done a workout yet. Usually end a day at around 10-20% left. 38SS

Unplugged mine from the charger at about 7.30am IST this morning, 4.17pm here now, at 77%. Last hour there was heavy usage via Messages, but I'm happy enough with those stats.

This was yesterday and today it went on my wrist at 7.30am and it's 4.30pm (8 hours later) and it's at 78% and checking the Watch App and usage is at 1hr, 10mins.

So I'm really happy with the performance today. To be honest, nothing much different with regards to notifications, just a normal day for me.

Although as others have mentioned, I fully expect the battery % to diminish quite rapidly over the next 5 hours as I regularly get to about 52%+ after 15 hours use. I will see later.

So the usage on the phone reflects the watch itself's usage and not the phone app? Great to know.

I took it off the charger at 7am today and I'm currently sitting at 58% remaining at 6pm. So 11 hours and 42% used so about 3.8% per hour. Today was a lazy day so that would change on a more active day.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that is curious (okay, maybe a little OCD) about things like this. On average, my watch uses 2.4% to 3.0%, depending on the activity for the day (i.e. workout, etc.).
