From the home screen, select "Settings", then "Usage".

I have never reset my data, so as of June 29th 2007:

Sent 39.3 MB
Received 318 MB

do your numbers reflect the fbi stealing all your data? lol

it was in the other thread where someone thought apple/fbi/ATT can steal all your stuff or something about a trojan horse

Not too shabby. :) Considering the data plan with my previous Cingular phone was at a solid 5MB per month ;-)

Not where you live.
As I'm in Canada on an unlocked iPhone and as Rogers data is extremely expensive ($60 a month for 25Mb) I'm really keeping my eye on this.

Does anyone know if the Edge statistics get reset other than resetting them yourself?

My current usage over Edge is just 4.5Mb and after a week and a half that seems low.

So either my usage was reset after the last sync or I'm not using as much data as I thought I would. Hopefully it's the latter but I've been burned by Rogers once before to the tune of $460 for a months worth of usage when I had a Razr and wasn't paying attention.

Cheers.

I've had mine for just over 2 weeks now and I've used:
sent: 4.5 MB
received: 34.4 MB
I only use it when out and about but still I thought it would be more. I budgetted with 200 MB / month and so far I'm well inside that.

Thank you. Have you synced your iPhone since you started with it? I'm sure you have but I want to know if syncing it resets the data usage stats.

Cheers.

Wow, that's alot of surfing in just over a week :D
Yeah, I was a bit shocked! I just can't put it down and probably spend more time surfing on the iPhone from the comfort of my Sofa than my Mac Pro at the moment. I'm only not using it at the moment 'cos I've got some work to do (it is sat in it's cradle next to my monitor though in case it gets lonely. Man, I've got to do something about this iPhone addiction :D)

since English I-day:
sent - 52mb
received - 286mb
Nice.

So given your total usage of 338Mb transferred, if I did that in Canada it would cost the following:

60.00 - First 25Mb
2191.00 - Each Subsequent Mb (@7.00 each)
2251.00 - Total

Of course plus taxes @7%.

This is for less than a Month and is the reason Canada is not getting the iPhone any time soon.

Cheers.
