What is your favorite iPhone 4 feature?

Mine's kind of a 3-way tie between the display, the new camera, and the RAM. I love Hipstamatic but it was really freaking slow on my 3GS (slow to "develop", slow to recycle between shots, etc.) That problem is GONE now.
