What does it taste like? Chicken?

Capybara or "chihuiro" as it's called in Colombia has more of a roast beef with a bad hair day type effect on the palate. Toughness must be endured while chewing, but it goes a long way to help with mom's old advice of "chewing your bite 50+ times before swallowing". Taste is acquired and greatly enhanced by taking Nexium or Tagamet immediately after each meal.madmaxmedia said:What does it taste like? Chicken?

I never have - and never will - eat though.
