What is your health insurance cost?

$870 a month for an Anthem BCBS PPO, $30/$40 copays, $5000 family deductible for myself, wife, 5 kids. Well visits all covered. No dental, or maternity. Last year the individual plan I had for my wife had maternity and $1500 deductible for $670 per month. Good thing we had that as the birth of our twins and stay in the NICU would have cost about $150,000 with no insurance.
