Like several other people here, I just use Google.
It's a quick load! So I like it.
I used to use comcast.net like the OP... but it's got flash & content all over it. I like the simplicity of Google.

G-mail, because you never know. ;)

Haven't changed my home page for a good year and a half or so. I just can't seem to move away from the default, even though MacRumors is the first site I'll visit most of the time... but it's not hard to get to, just a simple command + 1.

A blank page. I do too much web-hopping to be stuck with one particular starting point all the time. :p

You know you can get safari (and other browsers) to open with a blank page, yet have a homepage as well? In Safari you click shift+cmd+h to open it.

Anyway, that's how I go about it, I hate having to load web page contents any time I open a window.

My homepage:

On my Macs I have "blank", since I just press tab and type whatever I want in the google search box.

On Windows and portable devices I have a private links site on my site. I just middle click on a few of them and bobs my uncle :)
