What is your ideal sized iPad?

The current size is ideal for me.

but something a little bigger would be nice. Someone said 10.2 that sounds good. And if we could connect to a larger monitor, that would be a good option too.

I want to keep the weight/portability.

I have a 7" android device in my inventory and only benefit to me is that it's "one-handable." Also I can fit it in some of my cargo pants if needed.
