I work in retail. The work/pay sucks but since I'm 19 and most of the people that work there are 16-25 I'm good mates with tons of people there. I spend most of my wages on going out with them all.

Independent creative director (games), and I bloody love it! Get to travel to conventions demoing our wares, sell ideas, work with really creative people.

Very demanding but completely worth it.

I'm a serial entrepreneur. I just started an e-commerce business following a 7 year run in my first company providing retail services. Its a pita sometimes, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Oh, and has been stated before, working for yourself is completely different than working for someone else.

I wear a number of hats for a mid-size software company. Primarily I work in Product Management, but I also have heavy involvement in our QAT processes.

EDIT: It's great!

Client Support Director. I deal with idiots on an hourly basis. I get "those" people that can't seem to comprehend this thing called "logging in to your account" as well as the slew of incompetent business development people who can only accomplish their tasks by threatening to not use our service unless we cut the price in half  I also deal with C Level executives who, apparently, sign contracts but don't actually read them.

Yeah, you could say I hate my job. BUT, it enables me to buy all my shiny toys :D

I'm a Submarine Sonar Tech in the U.S. Navy......I retire in 6 months.....time to start looking for a new job.

I'm supposed to be in charge of a Microsoft SCCM system, which takes up a fair amount of time - but often called in the fire fight problems from other projects when the directors start to get pissed.

On occasion I pretend to be a photographer.

Do I like the job? I suppose I do.

I'm a petroleum engineer. Love what I do. The people are great and the industry culture is upbeat.
