Client Support Director. I deal with idiots on an hourly basis. I get "those" people that can't seem to comprehend this thing called "logging in to your account" as well as the slew of incompetent business development people who can only accomplish their tasks by threatening to not use our service unless we cut the price in half 😕 I also deal with C Level executives who, apparently, sign contracts but don't actually read them.
Yeah, you could say I hate my job. BUT, it enables me to buy all my shiny toys 😀
