I’ve decided to start tracking my sleep, now that I’m taking my medication again.

Slept last night with one of my solo loops, and it was comfortable.

I also have braided solos, and sport loops (looking forward to my midnight sport loop arriving tomorrow.)

What strap do you find most comfortable to sleep in?

I have a knockoff braided loop that's super comfortable to sleep with, although I've had no problem sleeping while wearing my Milanese Loop or Alpine Loop, they're not as comfortable as the braided loop.

I’ve always slept with a watch - so any of them. I won’t change bands just to sleep. So Titanium, Alpine Trail, or Nike Sport usually.

Unexpected choice: Alpine Loop. You would think the Trail Loop or Sport Loop would be better (I have both of those, too), but maybe that extra bit of stretch in the Trail/Sport Loops makes them slide up my arm while sleeping and get 'stuck'. Whereas the Alpine loop is a more fixed diameter so it can slide around enough to be more comfortable.

Usually a sport loop for me. But those are also my most-worn. I change band every day or two and usually just sleep in what I have on. If I remember and can be bothered then I'll switch from leather link or link bracelet if those are what I've been wearing that day but I've never thought any were uncomfortable to sleep in really.

Previously had a SE2/Sport Loop and didn't really sleep with it on for some reason, switched to the Trail Loop with the U2 but felt a bit too big to sleep in. Tried a braided solo loop at the store and loved it, purchased a knockoff as they're adjustable and been sleeping using that, works with both the SE and U2.

Have a ordered a knockoff braided solo loop without the buckle, will see how it fits as without a buckle or double strap (like how the real BSL's are) it felt nice.

For day to day, I use a Alpine in L, loops in to the 2nd or 3rd loop, the best part is the g hook is on the side of my wrist and doesn't bash into whatever I'm leaning my wrist on.
